Summary

Customers who are still using Jira DC connected to confluence cloud via application tunnel use Legacy Jira issue macro on pages to list Jira issues.

If the Page has multiple legacy Jira issues macros, the page export fails at 50% and logs show Time out issue.

Steps to Reproduce

• Connect confluence cloud with Jira DC via Application Tunnel.
• On a confluence page add multiple legacy Jira issue macros (more than 5)
  But it entirely depends on how may Jira issues each macro is fetching.
• Export the page to PDF.

Expected Results

The PDF File will be generated.

Actual Results

PDF export fails after 120 or 180 seconds.

Workaround

Option 1: Reduce the number of Jira macros on the page. 

Option 2: Export the page to WORD.

Option 3: Use Browser print to PDF option.
