The pop-up messages, such as onboarding tips, feature announcements, or content notifications, are part of Atlassian's native product experience.

They are not displayed to all users at all times. Instead, they are selectively shown based on:

• User actions (e.g., first time using a feature)
• User role changes (e.g., being assigned a new role)
• Product state (e.g., starting to watch a page)

Admins don't have control over when these messages appear; the display logic is entirely managed by Atlassian systems.

Need greater control over  Pop-up messages, such as onboarding tips, feature announcements, or content notifications so that the Admins can customise the messages as per their organisation.
