Issue Summary

Profile language settings are not instantly applied to the Confluence site.

Steps to Reproduce

Have both Jira and Confluence open. When we change the language in our profile (id.atlassian.com) and return to their existing sessions, Jira updates correctly, but Confluence does not.
Multiple refreshes in Confluence are necessary for the language change to take effect.
To apply the language change in Confluence and sync with their profile, We have to log in again using a private window.
This process is inconvenient as it requires logging out and back in using a private window, especially since the language update works seamlessly in Jira without this extra step. The customer is seeking a more practical solution.

This issue seems to also happen in JSM as after changing language, noticed that some JSM fields are still in the previous language.

Expected Results

Confluence should reflect the new language immediately like it does in Jira.

Workaround

The current workaround involves performing multiple refreshes and logging in again using a private window to ensure the language change takes effect in Confluence and syncs with the profile.
