Issue Summary

Newly added comments on a page do not display immediately and require a page refresh to become visible. This issue occurs when the content wrapper is disabled on the site.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure you don't have the content wrapper enabled on your Confluence site.
2. Navigate to a page with a comments section.
3. Add a new comment.

Expected Results

The new comment should appear immediately after being added, without needing to refresh the page.

Actual Results

The new comment is not visible until the page is refreshed.

Workaround

Refresh the page after adding a comment.
