Summary
Given a hybrid migration scenario, where Confluence was migrated from DC2C, and Jira will stay in DC, the confluence links within Jira DC should automatically be updated to reflect the Confluence Cloud new URLs and IDs.
Due to various reasons, hybrid cloud migration is becoming more commonplace. Customers currently have no way to rectify the broken links. Ideally, it should support all the links listed in the Supported Atlassian apps and types of links. CONFCLOUD-81757 is a small part of the issue.
Workaround
Contact Atlassian support for an internal script to generate the update SQL statements to be executed in Jira DC database. Note that the generated SQL statements are compatible with PostgreSQL flavor only.
