All users and groups listed in the parent page's restrictions by default are granted write permissions on the newly created child pages, regardless of whether they have view or edit access on the parent.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a restricted parent page X and provide view access to User A

• Create child page Y beneath page X

Expected result

User A doesn't have edit access to the child page Y

Actual result

The system, by default, will propose edit and view access to the child Y 

User A will have edit access to the child page Y as well
