Currently, Confluence only retains and displays "Last Viewed" data for up to 1 year. This limits admins' ability to audit and clean up inactive spaces, as older view data is no longer accessible.

Request:

• Extend the retention of "Last Viewed" data beyond 1 year.
• Retain the last known view date, even if older than 1 year.
• Differentiate between "never viewed" and "data not available" in reports.
