      Issue Summary

In some cases, macros become non-editable after pages are converted to the new editor.

When the user tries to edit the table of contents macro, the macro configuration appears only for a fraction of a second and then disappears.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In a Legacy editor page add a 2 column layout.
      2. In both the columns add different macros.
      3. Convert a page in the legacy editor to the new editor.
      4. In the New editor when you attempt to edit the macro the macro configuration will appear only for a fraction of second and then disappear.

      Expected Results

The page is successfully converted and macros can be edited.

      Actual Results

The page is successfully converted but some macros cannot be edited

      Workaround

Recreate the instances of the affected macros in the edit mode. After the macro gets deleted and recreated, it is possible to edit it again
