Issue Summary

Formatting applied to announcement content in the Global Template is not reflected in the Announcement tab under the feed. Users are unable to view headings or other formatting styles, leading to inconsistencies in content presentation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Global Template configuration for announcements.

1. Add announcement content using formatting (e.g., Heading 1, bold text).

1. Save and publish the announcement.

1. Go to the Feed > Announcement tab to view the announcement.

Expected Results

The formatted content (e.g., headings, bold text, line breaks) from the Global Template should be retained and displayed in the Announcement tab within the feed.

Actual Results

• The content appears as plain text in the Announcement tab.

• Formatting elements such as headings, bold text, and line breaks are not rendered, resulting in a loss of structure and readability.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
