Issue Summary

Export Option not showing up for the databases (to some instances)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a database
2. Click on the ellipse (three dots) on the top right corner on the database
3. Look for 'Export'

Expected Results

The 'Export' option for the database must be there

Actual Results

The 'Export' option for the database isn't there. It appears for a few seconds

Workaround

No workaround as of now.
