Customer need  an option to add a  service user account with read-only access to all Confluence pages  across multiple sites in the Organization for security reviews.

• Space permissions must be manually configured per space to grant view access to the service account.
• Restricted pages require explicit permission assignment — space-level access alone does not override these restrictions.
• There is no global, automated method to grant universal access to all content across multiple Confluence sites.
• New spaces and restricted pages require repeated manual intervention to include the service account.
