Issue Summary

The system currently allows users to set any page, including live docs, as the space overview page. This behavior should be restricted to prevent live docs from being assigned as the space overview page.

The root cause is that CQL results, even when filtered by non-live subtype, are returning live docs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Space Settings.
2. Select "Space Details".
3. Attempt to assign a live doc as the space home page.

Expected Results

Live docs should not be selectable as the space home page. The system should restrict these pages and provide a notification or error message indicating that live docs cannot be used as the space overview page.

Actual Results

The system allows any page, including live docs, to be set as the space home page without restriction.

Workaround

1. Temporally change the space home page to a different page.
2. Convert the previous space home page to a regular page
3. Change the space home page back to the original page.
