      Problem Definition

      The user would like the "Create and collaborate in real time with live docs" feature in Confluence to be applied to articles in the Jira service management Knowledge Base as well.
      The request for pre-approval/rejection of Knowledge Base articles has been raised in CONFCLOUD-46226. I believe that utilizing the live docs feature could achieve a similar outcome.

      Suggested Solution

      The function "live docs" for "Knowledge base"
      AND
      It would be desirable for the approval actions configured in JSM workflows to also be applicable to approving Confluence pages.

      Why this is important

      User wants to control and review articles before they are posted so that the info is accurate.
