Issue Summary
Create a page with multiple H1 and H2 headings and add a Table of Contents macro. ToC macros work on the site. However, when the page is made public, the ToC macro and its contents are not visible.
As per Atlassian's documentation - How secure are public links, the TOC macro should be visible on public links. It does not appear on the public link, indicating a potential bug.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new page in Confluence.
- Add multiple headings (H1 and H2).
- Insert a Table of Contents macro configured to display H1 to H6.
- Make the page public.
- View the public page to check if the TOC is visible
Expected Results
The ToC macro and its contents must be visible on the public link of the page
Actual Results
The ToC macro and its contents are not visible on the public link of the page
