Issue Summary:

When trying to schedule the page publish.

Unfortunately, the dropdown with the choice of the time is behind the popup and is not clickable.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a  new Page/Blog 
• Now, try to schedule the publish time for the Page/Blog  
• Once you try to select the schedule time, it appears behind the screen, making it difficult to select.

Expected Results

• The list of times should load in or above the selection dialogue.

Actual Results

• The list of time loads behind the selection dialogue and can't be clicked on.

Workaround: 

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.

• Note: While the time cannot be selected via the cursor, you can use the "Up & Down" keys on the keyboard to move through the list of times, and hit "Enter". But some of the time would not be visible behind the selection dialogue.
