Issue Summary

There is an issue with the URL links placed under the panel macro. They don't resolve and show as inline in the edit mode; however, when publishing the page, the URL reflects as a URL link.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Created a page with the legacy Editor. 
2. Added two panels, one with the blue border colour other without the border. 
3. Converted the page to the new editor 
4. Now the panel with the border colour is in the same format 
5. If we add the URL in the first panel with the panel configuration option, it doesn't resolve the URL in the same way as the customer.

Expected Results

The panel should reflect the URL in the inline format. 

Actual Results

The panel was reflecting the URL in the URL format. 

Please note: 

The issue is only when the auto conversion at the space level is enabled and the legacy page is converted to the new editor with the URL links placed under the panel macro with the border colour. 

Workaround

Change the panel macro and use the new panel macro that is compatible with the New Editor
