PDF export is expected to retain clickable hyperlinks within Draw.io diagrams embedded in a Confluence page.

      In Confluence Cloud, the PDF export process only captures images from draw.io diagrams when generating the PDF.
      Unfortunately, there is no way to embed a full vector-based PDF or maintain the interactive elements from draw.io in the exported output.
