Issue Summary:

We wanted to move from the blogs to another space (same User, same access rights/browser chrome).

Unfortunately, the dropdown with the choice of the other spaces is behind the popup and is not clickable.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a blog
• Navigate to the three dots and click on the move option
• Once the selected space screen reflects, type any space name or letter.

Expected Results

• The list of Spaces should load in or above the selection dialog.

Actual Results

• The list of Spaces loads behind the selection dialog, and cannot be clicked on.

Workaround: 

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

• Note: While the Spaces cannot be selected via cursor, you can use the "Up & Down" keys on the keyboard to move through the list of Spaces, and hit "Enter". But some of the Spaces would not be visible behind the selection dialog.
