Issue Summary

In the Card macro, the card linked to a page does not reflect the updated title after the source page is renamed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page A with title "title 1"
2. Create a page B with a Card macro inside
3. In a card of the Card macro, link the page A
4. The card will show the page title "title 1"
5. Rename page A from "title 1" to "title 2"

Expected Results

The card will show "title 2"

Actual Results

The card will still show "title 1"

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
