Problem

The new navigation sidebar doesn't load correctly/fast enough in UI with a long list of bookmarked spaces

Environment

Confluence cloud with the new navigation 

Steps to Reproduce

• Bookmark/star a large list of spaces in the space directory
• Go to any space
• Use keyboard shortcut to refresh the page (Ctrl + R) or click the refresh button of the browser
• Quickly click on the Spaces option in the sidebar menu
• Scrolling down the list of spaces, but the space tools panel will not be visible.

Expected Results

The sidebar should be fully loaded with the space tools at the bottom of the space list, including "View all spaces", "Create a space" and  "Import from other tools"

Actual Results

The sidebar loads but is missing the space tools.

Workaround

• Allow a bit more time for the page to load completely before clicking on the Space option in the sidebar menu
• If the issue occurs with the first click, click again for the sidebar to render correctly.  
• Zoom in/out via the browser view will show the space tools
