Add the option to notify users immediately when they are mentioned in an inline comment on a draft page.

      Suggestion

      Currently, when you add an inline comment with a mention to someone on a draft page in Confluence, the notification for the mention is sent only when the page is published.

      However, some users would like to receive notifications immediately.
      Adding this option would provide more flexibility for users on Confluence.
