Smartlinks are broken in Confluence

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Smartlink in content tree
2. Refresh the link. It will stop displaying the same.
3. Also you will see that existing Smartlinks do not show the linked pages.

Expected Results

Smartlinks should display correctly.

Actual Results

Existing Smartlinks are broken. Also you cannot create new links.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
