Current Behaviour

Currently, only a limited set of system fields, such as summary, status, priority, and assignee, support bidirectional sync between Confluence and Jira, while custom fields do not. Users must update custom fields directly in Jira issues for changes to appear in Confluence's Jira work item macro.

Bidirectional Sync - Making changes in Confluence >> with in jira work item it reflects in jira issues as well.

Suggestion

Enable bidirectional sync for custom fields to streamline updates and enhance integration between Confluence and Jira.
