      Issue Summary

When exporting Confluence pages containing databases to PDF, Jira issue details that include accented characters (such as é, à, ü, etc.) display broken or garbled characters in the exported PDF. Regular text with accents exports correctly; the issue is specific to links within database tables.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Confluence database with Jira issue details fields that display special characters (ex. accented characters or Japanese characters)
      2. Export the database to PDF or HTML
      3. Open the exported file and review the Jira issue details fields

      Expected Results

Jira issue details containing accented characters should display those characters correctly in the exported file, matching their appearance in Confluence.

      Actual Results

Jira links with accented characters display broken, garbled, or incorrect characters in the exported file, while regular text with accents is rendered correctly.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
