In its current state, the page information does not display when the page owner has been changed. While updating the page owner is a common action, it does not reflect in the page history, nor is there a dedicated section in the page information to indicate when this occurred. This creates a significant challenge, particularly for automation rules that depend on the "last updated" timestamp of a page.

For instance, a page might have been last updated two years ago, yet if the page owner is modified today, the "last updated" date changes to today. This is not clear in the UI.
