Provide API for bulk editor conversion

      Description

      Currently we have autoconversion option for conversion of old editor pages to new editor. However the user will have to navigate to each page and publish the page so that it is converted to new editor. There can be cases where users need to convert thousands of eligible pages as part of page redesigning and this can be time and effort consuming.

      Suggested Resolution

      Provide an API or builtin option to bulk convert all eligible pages to new editor. It should create a new version of the page in new editor so that revert can be done if required.
