      Issue Summary

Emoji positioning is distorted and overlaps with the Child Items macro within a Panel macro in view mode when used in Company Hub pages.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log into a Confluence Cloud instance.
      2. Create or navigate to a page configured as a Company Hub.
      3. Enter edit mode on the Company Hub page.
      4. Insert a "Panel" macro (e.g., by typing `/panel` and selecting it).
      5. Inside the panel's content area, add an emoji.
      6. On the line immediately following the emoji, within the same panel, insert a "Child Items" macro (e.g., by typing `/child items` and selecting it).
      7. Observe the display in edit mode (the emoji and child items should appear normally, side-by-side or stacked without overlap).
      8. Save/Update the page and view it in read mode.

      Expected Results

The emoji and the content generated by the Child Items macro should display correctly without overlapping or distortion in view mode. They should appear side-by-side or cleanly stacked, maintaining their intended layout.

      Actual Results

In view mode, the emoji and the content from the Child Items macro overlap, causing the emoji's position to be distorted and the overall display to appear messy or unreadable.

      Investigation completed

      1. The issue was successfully reproduced in my test environment following the replication steps above.
      2. The issue does not reproduce in a standard Confluence page (not configured as a Company Hub)
      3. The issue does not reproduce when attempting to reproduce the issue in a two-column layout within a Company Hub itself.

      Workaround

      • If the child item content is not excessively long and does not use a background color, consider splitting the layout into two sections. Place the panel with the child items macro only in the first section.
      • Place the emoji on an upper line and the child items macro on the line below it.
