      New Navigation does not show app switcher for Guest user

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable new navigation on your test site
      2. Login with a Guest account that has Guest perms on Conf and User perms on Jira

      Expected Results

      1. On Confluence, you will see that the app switcher is available just like in old navigation.

        Actual Results

      2. On Confluence, you will see that the app switcher is missing

      Workaround

      • Try accessing with Jira with direct link, or
      • Turn off new navigation
