Issue Summary
Using inspect permissions, attempts to contact an admin will auto-generate a pre-formatted mail on the default mailing app. In Windows machines, when Outlook is the default app, the email IDs in the TO section are separated by a comma, which is not recognized by the Windows machine.
Steps to Reproduce
CAN BE REPRODUCED ON A WINDOWS MACHINE WITH THE DEFAULT MAILING APP AS OUTLOOK(See screen recording below)
- Go to any page
- Click on the padlock on the right-hand top corner of the page( its for restrictions)
- Once the restriction window pops up, click on the Inspect permissions seen on the right
- Enter the name of a person in the next window and click search
- Select the second output, which is with respect to the space admin
- Click on Contact admin
- This will trigger a draft mail with some data prepopulated
- The TO section will have email IDs separated by a Comma, which is unrecognized by the app.( should have been a semicolon)
Expected Results
The TO section should have had a semicolon as the separator between each email.
Actual Results
The TO section has a comma, which makes it unrecognized
Workaround
Manually change the separator OR change the settings in Outlook to read the separator as a comma- https://www.lifewire.com/commas-to-separate-email-recipients-1173680
