Issue Summary

After the rollout of the recent Confluence visual refresh update, the Latvian character "ī" is not showing up properly in the page titles with enabled loom extension

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Confluence page with the "ī" character in the page titlem and loom extension enabled
2. Publish the page

Expected Results

The character displays normally

Actual Results

The character is incorrect

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
