Problem

When there is a page properties macro with a nested table, the added inline comment changes to a random word/s when the page is refreshed.  

Environment

Confluence Cloud editor

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a page
• Insert a page properties macro and add a nested table
• Add some inline comments on the page
• Checked the inline comments order and highlighted the content/word
• Refresh the page

Expected Results

The inline comments are correctly displayed and ordered, with the highlighted content/word

Actual Results

The highlighted content/word of the inline comments is randomly changed

Workaround

Remove the nested table in the page properties macro
