Issue Summary

PDF export dosent render header/footer image/text as per the update configuration in themes and PDF export.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access any space
2. configure the header and footer either using images or text 
3. Configure a PDF export header/footer configuration.
4. Try exporting the page.

Expected Results

The exported page should contain the header/footer content as configured.

Actual Results

The export dosen't retrieve the content as referenced in the screenshot below:

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
