Problem

Confluence Databases doesn't allow users to group by tag fields with multi-select enabled. There's a small description under the dropdown menu where you select the grouping field:

Make sure the tag field you want has multi-select disabled

Suggestion

Allow grouping by tag fields with multi-select enabled.
