Issue Summary

Confluence comment time is not showing the exact date and time when hovering.

Confluence shows "5 minutes ago", "2 weeks ago" etc in the comment time, but not the actual comment date and time. 

The absolute date & time used to be visible when you hover over the relative date/time, however, this is now not working 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hover over the time under comments on a page

Expected Results

The absolute date & time should be visible when you hover over the relative date/time

Actual Results

The absolute date & time are not visible when you hover over the relative date/time

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
