Confluence Databases permissions: Ability to create per row and per column level restrictions

      Enhancement request: Expanding the use of permissions within Confluence Databases. Specifically the ability to create per row level restrictions on who can view and who can edit an individual entry within a database. Similarly, the ability to create per column level restrictions would also be pretty valuable.

      Further business context: 

      Some entries is a large database are considered “sensitive data” which require granular RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) management in order to limit who can read those entries.
