Due to GDPR concerns, we needed to disable analytics for anyone but admins company wide, but there still are legitimate reasons for a certain few people to have access to the analytics of their space. As a company admin, I cannot facilitate this request, as I can unlock it for certain groups for the whole site. With more than 300 spaces it would also not be feasible to deactivate it for each space, furthermore it would be impossible to restrict space admins to reactivate it.

As an admin, I want to be able to set the analytics permissions for all spaces via the Confluence administration settings to guarantee GDPR-conformity for users of the Confluence analytics feature. Additionally I would like to restrict space admins from changing analytics permissions to rule out GDPR breaches by accidental analytics access.
