Currently, the byline will default to a fully expanded state that may take up multiple rows if needed, but will display a show less button to collapse it to a single line.

The customer wants a better sequence of the details reflected at the top of the page, that is, the byline, but sometimes, it becomes cumbersome. 

The customer is looking forward to having an option to reorder and customize the app details under the Byline section i.e. the byline components, such as Owner, Read Time, Status, Classification, and Reactions, etc.

Along with reordering, allow users to customize what appears in the byline. Users might want to hide some or all elements in the byline.
