Issue Summary

When a page tree has only Folders as parents, the custom PDF export doesn't list any of the content from the page tree.

All content is listed correctly if there is at least one non-Folder parent in the page tree.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add only Folders as parents for all content in a space
2. Add a few pages under the parent Folders.
3. Perform a custom space PDF export.

Expected Results

The custom export should list all the pages in the space.

Actual Results

No content is listed in the custom export if all parents are Folders.

Workaround

Create a single parent page and all content should be listed in custom exports.
