Issue Summary

Unable to receive notification when publishing a page as a blog post. The option for a new blog post is checked in email settings, which should automatically send a notification even if users are not watching the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Page: Initially, how a Confluence page is created.
   2. Publish as Blog: Instead of directly creating a blog post, the page is then converted or published as a blog post using the "Create a page > publish as blog post" option.
   3. Notification Issue: Users expect to receive a notification for the creation of a new blog post, but instead, they receive no notification at all.
   
2. However, users are able to receive a notification if the blog post is published from the create blog tab. 

Expected Results

Receive notification for the new created blog post.

Actual Results

No notification is received when publishing a page as a blog post.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
