Issue Summary

Product admins are unable to set the default Confluence email address as the site sender address for sites on a custom domain

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check the current email settings in the Confluence admin hub. Make sure the custom email domain is configured.
2. Ensure that the custom email address is toggled off in the email settings.
3. Attempt to set the default email address again through the Confluence admin settings.

Expected Results

The default Confluence Cloud notification email address configuration should be saved.

Actual Results

The attempt to configure the default Confluence cloud notification email address failed with below error.

Notifications settings are not saved
Try again later or refresh
Refresh

 Error in HTTP call response.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
