Issue Summary

1. Using the V2 GET Spaces REST API would return the list of Spaces that the API user/account is allowed to access.
2. By default this would not return any Spaces that the user/account is unable to access, unless the Admin Key REST API is in use
3. But even with the Admin Key REST API, this V2 endpoint does not return the full list of Spaces in Confluence.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the Admin Key REST API for the API user/account.
2. Run the V2 GET Spaces REST API
3. Notice that not all the Spaces is returned.

Expected Results

• With the Admin Key REST API in use, all Spaces should be returned.

Actual Results

• Only the Spaces that the user/account has access to is returned.

Workaround

• Run the V1 GET Spaces endpoint instead, after enabling the Admin key.
