Problem Definition

At this time, Jira can capture the audit log for tracking changes to KB Permissions but the username would be seen as "Anonymous". Administrators would like to know the exact user made those changes to understand the background.

Suggested Solution

Implement auditing capabilities on Confluence Cloud features to include usernames under audit log for tracking changes to KB Permissions i.e. who made the changes, and what the changes were.
