Issue Summary:

Currently, it is challenging for customers to identify the columns in their layout designs. Unlike the old editor, where sections and column divisions were clearly visible during edit mode, the new editor lacks distinct visual guides to differentiate between columns.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create rich content on a page.
2. Split the content using the column layout.
3. Observe that there is no clear visual indicator separating the content into columns.

Expected Results:

When editing a layout, sections and column divisions should be visibly delineated, similar to the representation shown in the following image:

Actual Results:

Currently, a faint gray line separates content horizontally, but this is only visible when the content is selected. Otherwise, no separator is present, as shown in the image below:

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
