Issue Summary

In the previous layout option, we have the option to add labels to overview pages inside the edit mode.

In the new layout, this option is no longer present in the edit mode, and there is no option to add it from the view mode as well, even if we click in the "Show details"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure to have your site enabled with the New content layout
2. Create a space
3. Create a page
4. In the page click on the "Show details" button both on view and edit mode and there will be the label option and you click to add
5. In the new layout, there is no option for label in the show details, on both edit and view mode

Expected Results

The label option to add labels or see them are available in the overview page.

Actual Results

There are no label options in the show details button.

Workaround

Promote another page to be the overview page, add the labels and then switch back the page to be the overview.
