Problem
- A user is hitting into an issue with the ToC macro => Where the page does not scroll when clicking on any of the headings.
- Issue is reproducible with only this specific user for now.
But we're able to reproduce the issue when logging in as the user as well.
Environment
All confluence pages for the affected user.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create page with TOC macro and add headings
- Click on any of the headings in the ToC; H1, H2, or H3
- Notice the URL in the address bar is updated to include #h1/#h2/#h3
- But the page does not scroll
Expected Results
- Click on any of the headings in the ToC; H1, H2, or H3
- The page will scroll to the selected headings.

- The page will scroll to the selected headings.
Actual Results
- Click on any of the headings in the ToC; H1, H2, or H3
- The page doesn't scroll to the selected headings.

- The page doesn't scroll to the selected headings.
