Issue Summary
The new navigation is not consistently applied to the website. After hitting the "Turn on" button, the page reloads but the changes don't take effect to all users, only admins.
Check the recording. It seems that this action is triggering the "Turn on just for you" option. So, after enabling it, the admin goes to the site and may see the new layout. But because of that behavior, it might seem that the new experience hasn't been enabled to the entire site, to all users.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Confluence Cloud settings > New features (/wiki/admin/newfeatures) and enable the New Navigation experience for all users.
- Navigate through the site to confirm that the new navigation is active.
- Ask other users to check if the new navigation was applied.
- Observe that the old navigation is displayed instead of the new one to regular users.
Expected Results
The new navigation should remain consistently applied across the site to all users.
Actual Results
The new navigation isn't consistently applied across the site to all users.
Workaround
At this moment, there's no workaround available for this, but this is already being reviewed.
