      Summary

When using Confluence in a different language than English, pages created from specific templates/blueprints will not have the text translated.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Prior to accessing Confluence, make sure to change your user language from https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences  to a different language (in this example, German).
      2. Search for a Blueprint named "How-to-blueprint" under settings >> Global Templates >> Blueprint
      3. With the user language translated to German the blueprint name should also convert to German language however it doesn't.

      Expected Results

All the used templates should display the text respecting the configured language.

      Actual Results

In some templates, the text continues in English and will not be translated.

      Workaround

Manually change the template to the configured language through the Global Blueprints and Templates section in the Settings of Confluence.
