Include "read:space:confluence" scope to OAuth Classic scopes

      Summary

      Currently it is not possible to GET all spaces, as well as other operations provided by Confluence's v2 endpoints, while using OAuth authentication based on classic scopes.

      This makes it required for users to rely on granular scopes, which adds more complexity to the general management.

      Suggested solution

      Include the supportability of "view all spaces" via Classic scopes
