Ability to make field "Who" required or not for every event type on calendars

      Currently, the field "Who" is only required for the event types "Leaves," "Travels," and "Birthdays" on Team Calendars events, while it's optional for the type "Event," all Jira-related events, and all custom event types.

      This suggestion asks for the ability to make the field required or optional for each of the event types, depending on the Admin's preference.
