Issue Summary

Breadcrumbs are hidden when New Content Layout is enabled. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable New Content Layout in Confluence Administration > General Configuration > New Features
2. Go to any page other space homepage and verify if breadcrumbs are visible.

Expected Results

The breadcrumbs should show persistently when accessing the page

Actual Results

They only show up when scrolling past the page title. If the page doesn't have enough content and we cant scroll past the page title, breadcrumbs won't show at all.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
